Zuleika Rosa, MSW, RCSWI
Zuleika brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with children, teens, and adults across a variety of clinical settings. Her background includes roles as a Behavioral Health Technician, Crisis Stabilization Unit Supervisor, and leadership in long-term programs for substance use and human trafficking.
She has extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of behavioral challenges and mental health diagnoses. Zuleika provides both individual and group therapy, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as life skills development, mindfulness, and coping strategies. She has also facilitated structured programs and groups, including WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and long-term wellness.

My Credentials
I have a degree in General Psychology from Florida National University and a Masters' degree in Social Work from Walden University. I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. I hold certifications as a Wellness Recovery Action Plan. I have worked in primary mental health non profits, wellness centers, and Sport-specialized practices.
My specializations are helping athletes manage performance anxiety, work through mental blocks, slumps, and building strong mental consistency in and out of their competitions.
