Trauma, substance use, crisis intervention, emotional regulation, anger management, coping skills development, and behavioral health challenges. Zuleika utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth.

Bio:
I believe therapy should be a safe, compassionate, and empowering space. I work with children, teens, and adults to process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical coping strategies. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

Zuleika Rosa is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Fluent in Spanish, she has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including children’s and Adult crisis services and individuals impacted by substance use, human trafficking trauma, Sports Athletes and complex behavioral health needs.

Her professional background includes roles as a behavioral health technician, crisis unit supervisor, and therapist providing individual and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. She has facilitated WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), anger management, emotional regulation, and coping skills groups in both crisis and outpatient settings.

Mayren Fraguela-Lam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Professional, and Florida Board Qualified Supervisor, licensed in Florida since 2015. She is the founder and Clinical Director of B & M Health Services Inc, where she is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and accessible mental health care across Florida.

Her clinical experience includes individual, family, and couples therapy, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger management, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term behavioral change.

In addition to her clinical work, Mayren provides supervision and mentorship to registered mental health interns and behavior analysts. Her leadership reflects strong clinical standards, ethical practice, and a commitment to developing competent, well-rounded mental health professionals
